All orders placed with Clevontro LLC are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (United States Only)

We proudly offer shipping exclusively within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Standard Shipping: Once processed, orders shipped via Standard Shipping typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times. While we strive to meet them, actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes during peak seasons.

 Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package directly from the shipping carrier's website.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is crucial to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Clevontro LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, we may contact you for an updated address, and additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the item.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
For Damaged Items: Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and product.
For Lost Items: We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
