Return Eligibility
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required to complete your return.

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Clevontro LLC cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Restocking Fee
Clevontro LLC does not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet our eligibility criteria.
Refunds
Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected, typically within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Timeline: Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, as processing times can vary between financial institutions.
Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the original item following the steps above and then place a new order for the desired item.
